Member
a) Members must be an active Enrolled Agent (EA) recognized by the United States Treasury Department, Internal Revenue Service, in good standing.
b) Membership dues are $150 annually.
i) Recent SEE passers (within 60 days) or professionals who are new Enrolled Agents (within the past 6 months) are eligible for a discount of fees for the first year of 50%.
c) Members have full voting privileges as set out in the bylaws of the organization.
Annual Dues: $150.00 paid electronically when the application is submitted.
Associate
a) Associate Members are other industry professionals who do not hold an active EA credential.
b) Membership dues are $150 annually.
c) Associate Members do not have voting privileges.
Annual Dues: $150.00 paid electronically when the application is submitted.
Emeritus
a) An Emeritus member shall be a person who has been a member of NCSEA for the preceding five years and who is on “inactive, retired status” under Circular 230.
b) Membership dues are $50.00 annually.
c) Emeritus members have full voting privileges as set out in the bylaws of the organization.
